The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development cut funding to a private publisher that ceased publication of the Bulletin in 2006 and 2007.
Yet Fair Housing-Fair Lending has been back in business for more than a year, and is undergoing a 21st century makeover. Its monthly bulletin has gone out to thousands of readers nationwide in electronic and paper form, and Equitas Media is currently constructing an online database so that subscribers can access all of the publication’s content from the comfort of their computer. That website will be unveiled in June 2009.
Besides a monthly bulletin covering cutting edge issues, Fair Housing-Fair Lending includes a comprehensive, decades-spanning collection of cases, federal and state legislation, and administrative material.
